Pricing Request
We provide full medical billing services to all of our clients with no hidden costs. We base our prices on a percentage of your monthly collections that is charged at the end of each month's billing cycle. The following specialties are priced at 8% of collections: Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Family Practice, General Surgery, OB-GYN, Mental Health, Podiatry, Anesthesiology and Pain Management. If you have a specialty other than what is listed above, this means that your specialty has different pricing variables. In order for us to give you an adequate price quote, please complete the questionnaire below and we will respond to you within 24 business hours.
Complimentary Medical Record Review
We do encourage all of our prospective clients to utilize this complimentary service. Since we do have five CPC (Certified Professional Coders) on staff, by periodically reviewing your medical records and giving you feedback on coding principals, we can greatly increase your chances of either not getting audited or being able to pass audits if and when this does happen to your practice in the future. We highly recommend that all prospective clients take advantage of this service to start protecting themselves from future liabilities. If you were to hire a company with CPC certified coders to come in and do an audit review of your charts, this would usually cost anywhere from $2,000 to $4,000.
As part of an added service to our prospective MBS clients, we are offering a complimentary medical record coding review. We currently have five CPC certified coders on staff that are capable of professionally reviewing/coding medical records. If you would like to participate, all you need to do is the following:
- Select up to five medical records per month per physician in your practice.
- Indicate the CPT code(s) that you originally selected for each patient.
- Make sure that each record includes a way to individually identify each record (Ex. – Patient A, Patient B, Etc…).
- Attach your records to the attached form, and either fax to 618-692-9643, mail, or e-mail to deeannbillings@mbs-inc.com
- We will then review each record individually and respond back to you via your preferred method of contact.
This complimentary offer can be redeemed at any time and has no expiration date. You do not have to sign up with our service, or even have any intention of using our service. We encourage all of our prospective clients to participate in this review, as we know how this can greatly prepare and protect your practice for the future government audits to come.
Complimentary Fee Schedule Review
When was the last time your office reviewed and updated your practice codes and fee schedule?
Each year, Current Procedural Terminology (CPT), diagnosis, and Healthcare Common Procedural Coding System (HCPCS) codes undergo numerous changes. If you have not reviewed and evaluated your practice fee schedule within the past year, today is an ideal time to do so. Many practices make the mistake of assuming they do not need to review their fee schedule because health care plan payment is based on a contracted payment schedule. If you are charging less than your health care plan contracted “allowable fee”, your practice could end up short-changing itself on revenue.
We understand that reviewing your fee schedule can be a daunting task, so this is why MBS offers a free fee schedule review to any prospective client. Once you are an MBS client, we then perform periodic fee schedule reviews for all of our clients as part of our all-inclusive medical billing services.

Medical Billing Consultation
Not all offices are interested in using a billing service, but may need to re-adjust their procedures, work out kinks in their software, and/or update their coding to maximize reimbursements. For these instances, MBS, Inc. can offer a medical billing consultation by phone or office for a flat rate of $75/hour.
